  • After Shipping: Once an order is shipped, it cannot be canceled.

2. Returns and Refunds

We accept returns under the following conditions:

Eligibility for Returns:

  • Items must be unused, in original packaging, and returned within 7 days of delivery.
  • Custom-made or personalized items are non-refundable.

How to Request a Return:

  2. We will provide you with return instructions.
  3. Once we receive your return, we will process your refund within 7 business days to your original payment method.

3. Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged or incorrect item:

  • Email us at Jhammer228@gmail.com within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the product.
  • We will send a replacement or issue a full refund at no extra cost.
